Reviews
Target experience is now ruined for me due to extremely long check out times!
This location recently changed their self-service check out to 10 or less items...forcing everyone else with 11 items or more to a traditional check out lane. I do not know about you but I never leave Target with 10 items or less! This change would be manageable if they staffed the traditional check out lanes appropriately, but they do not...causing the check out process to be 5x what it could be if I was able to use the self-service check out area. It was never any issue prior to this change...not sure the rationale for the decision by Target...but I am not a fan.
Always pleasant and helpful staff. Easy to find what you need. Items typically in stock and good prices. Can’t go wrong. Also love the organic options!
They advertised online that they still had available the exact baby car seat we needed, but when we got there they did not actually have it. It was very disappointing and we had to drive 45min to this store for nothing. We went to a second store with the same outcome. I then called a third Target that also advertised that they had this car seat, but the call canceled 4 times and I was never able to determine if they had it or not. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.
This target usually has great customer service and very clean atmosphere. On 10/31/23 I went to return a few things that were not functional. I used the target app to return with ease. The older female employee was very rude and disrespectful to me ( prefer not to name). I expect this kind of service at Walmart but not Target. I believe this employee needs further coaching or needs to find another job. Target keep up the good work just don’t forget why people prefer to shop at Target ( customer service).
Worst experience. Waited 20 minutes to try to return two items. They had one person running all of exchanges and returns. She was completing pick up orders as they were coming in even though she was supposed to be at exchanges and returns. There were 12 people behind me and all extremely frustrated. One of the worst managed targets I’ve ever been to. Whoever does the scheduling and labor here definitely needs to be retrained.
During my recent shopping expedition for my Mom's birthday, I was fortunate enough to encounter Joey, whose extraordinary dedication shone brightly. With genuine enthusiasm, Joey not only crafted imaginative ideas but also extended a helping hand in the pursuit of the quintessential gift to commemorate my mother's extraordinary day.
Usually I love shopping at Target. It's my go to for many things until recently. Self-checkout lanes are now 10 items or less. I always used the Self-checkout because I like bagging my own items the way I like them. If this is a permanent change, then they need to open more than 2 registers especially when it's busy. Otherwise it will be as bad as Walmart (where I refuse to shop).
I got there at 9:42am to do a pick up order. There were 6 cars in front of me. 30 min those 6 cars got their merchandise between 2 people delivering to their cars and within that 30 min 7 cars parked and one drove off. Then 4 more cars got their 1 or 2 items delivered. I was the 11 person helped now 1032am between 2 people delivering. Always go inside to get order. They can't figure it out here
